Happy Monday Dance Fam! It’s the last day of the August and just before we wrap up the month, I wanted to share this piece with you. I often get questions on how to improve your flexibility as a dancer or just in general and so I wanted to share some tips with you. I hope this post can shed some light on what is one of the most coveted characteristics of being a dancer; flexibility.
1. Warm Up

Hey there Dance Fam! June is just about to bid us all farewell and just like that, half of 2020 will be gone. I hope you’ve all been holding up well since I last wrote you, even with everything that’s been going on in the world.
